The thing I love to do the most is to cook and bake for my family and friends. Those intimate times of feasting together have created some of my most cherished memories. My passion for food is fueled by the joy it can bring to others and the way it brings people together. It is that love and passion that led me to pursue something a little sweeter.
After a decade of working in the fashion industry, I gave up my successful career, packed my bags, moved to Paris and enrolled in the patisserie program at the famed Le Cordon Bleu, with the dream of one day opening my own bakery.
