At Velvet Cupcakes, we believe a cupcake is only as good as what it’s made of. That’s why we only use the best.
From unbleached flour, pure cane sugars, the finest Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, rich French and Belgian chocolates, to fresh dairy and eggs, we never compromise quality. And whenever possible, we buy local and organic.
All our cakes and frostings are made from scratch and in small batches throughout the day, using artisan methods. We never use pre-made cake mixes, artificial flavors or preservatives.
We also bake with a variety of nuts and nut products in our kitchen and advise our guests with severe nut allergies to err on the side of caution and use your best discretion when eating our cupcakes.
